We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Buffbunny apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free of makeup, deodorant, or pet hair.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
